 Robert maintains a general practice law firm that deals  in Workers Compensation, Landlord Tenant, Civil Litigation and Personal Injury Law. Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions, Estate Planning, Wills, Probate, Corporate Formation.

Robert has been in private practice for over 15 years.  Admitted to the New York State Bar as well as the Federal Courts for the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York in 2004.  Attorney Spadaccini began his legal career working for the New York City Police Department.   Prior to Law School Attorney Spadaccini had a distinguished career with the New York City Police Department achieving the ranks of Police Officer, Detective and Sergeant.  Attorney Spadaccini had the privilege to investigate as well as litigate several high profile legal matters on behalf of the Department.

Robert received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from New York Law School.  Prior to that he received a Master of Arts in Government and Politics, as well as a Certificate in Public Administration, from St. John’s University.  He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in History from State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Attorney Spadaccini maintains his close ties to the Law Enforcement community by being an active member of the Suffolk County Police Department Columbia Association, Suffolk County Police Department Holy Name Society, Law Enforcement Attorney’s Network (LEAN) as well as a Member and Delegate of the Suffolk County Police Benevolent Association.  He is a former Legal Counsel to the NYPD Columbia Association.
